OWNER’S REP/PROJECT MANAGER

Lauren was the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the Workshop/Apd designed luxury residential condos in NYC.

At The Printing House, two townhouses and three maisonettes line a gracious landscaped mews, forming a micro-community within the block. New ground-up townhomes are exceptionally rare in the West Village, and these modern, contextually relevant residences were designed with its rich history and architectural language in mind.
