Lauren was the Strategic Advisor for the B3 designed, The Silver Birch Restaurant, London.

The project involved assisting the client with:

  • Site selection

  • Concept planning

  • Design and construction team selection

  • Design guidance

  • Contract review

  • Coordination of design and construction team

  • Budget strategy

  • Risk mitigation

  • Landlord coordination

  • PR and opening strategy

    The restaurant and PDR completed in September 2020 and launched smoothly.
