DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Lauren was the internal Development Director for the Russell-Sage designed 20,000 sqft, The Conduit, a unique, social-impact focused private members club in London.

As Director of Development, Lauren was key in providing overall strategy for the design and construction on behalf of The Conduit. The 8-storey building included;

  • Events Space

  • Speak Easy

  • Multiple restuarants and kitchens

  • Workspace floors

  • Library and Rooftop bar

    Lauren was responsible for the coordination between internal stakeholders within The Conduit, including Founders and executives, Board members and the consruction and design team.

    The successful launch in September 2018, with Massimo Baturro as guest chef was perfectly timed to ensure a smooth 1st stage opening.
