Owner’s Respresentative

Lauren was the Owner’s Representative USHG’s Manhatta, Restaurant, bar and event space on the 60th floor of Liberty Tower, New York City.

The client stakeholders included Landlord, Fosun, and Operator, Danny Meyer’s USHG.

Lauren was strategic advisor for both parties, and helped to guide the client throughout the project regarding design, budget and construction decisions, whilst ensuring the construction and design team remained true to the client’s design intentions, on-time and within budget.
